Suites are serviced daily. Breakfast hampers and tea and coffee facilities are replenished  daily.

Check in from 2pm to 8pm. Staff are available throughout your stay.

Parking is offsite. Permits can be rented for £2.50 per day. These can be used in over 30 locations across the South lakes area.

The Beatrix Potter Attraction

A true icon of the Lake District, the attraction is situated in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere and includes a number of displays focusing on Peter Rabbit & Friends and Potter herself.

Fell Walking

Come rain or shine, the Lake District was made for walking. With a selection of different walks, long and short, close to us or further afield, flat or hilly terrain, there is something for everyone.

Windermere Lake Cruises

There is no better way to explore the Lakes than get on them! Boats leave regularly and with a choice of cruises, can cater to many visitors. Cruises include a guided commentary. 

Wordsworth Cottage and Grasmere

Visit the previous home and grave of famous poet William Wordsworth. Grasmere is a bustling little village full of attraction and things to do. Why not hop on the open top bus for a day out?

Windermere Jetty Museum

Learn about the history surrounding Lake Windermere  and  watch boat restorations take place with your own eyes.
